Tonya Lundrigan

Founder and President

Tonya is an experienced learning and development leader with more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering professional development programs across leadership, management, productivity, project and change management, customer service, and sales effectiveness.

As Founder and President of Priority Learning and Development, Tonya works closely with organizations to design learning solutions that align with their operational goals and development priorities. Her facilitative approach is practical, engaging, and rooted in best practices that support real workplace application.

Tonya holds certifications as a Certified Performance & Leader Coach (CCA), Professional Facilitator (IAF), Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner, and Certified Sales Professional (CPSA). She also holds credentials in project management and MBTI® interpretation and is trained through the Canada Coach Academy as a Leadership and Performance Coach.

Gayle Rees

Learning and Development Consultant

Gayle works closely with client organizations to support program coordination, participant engagement, and the successful delivery of learning initiatives. She plays an important role in ensuring that programs run smoothly and that clients and participants receive responsive support throughout the learning experience.

Her collaborative and client-focused approach helps create a positive experience for organizations working with Priority Learning and Development.

As part of our Discovery and Design process, clients can meet with their facilitator or coach before the learning engagement.
