Tonya brings more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs.
As Owner of Priority Learning and Development and Regional Managing Director for Priority Management in Atlantic Canada, Tonya works closely with organizations to design initiatives that strengthen leadership and support performance.
Her approach emphasizes practical tools, real-world application, and reflection to help participants strengthen their leadership capabilities in meaningful ways.
Tonya holds certifications as a Certified Leadership & Performance Coach (CCA), IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner, and Certified Sales Professional (CPSA). She also holds credentials in project management and MBTI® interpretation and is trained through the Canada Coach Academy as a Leadership and Performance Coach.
